Tim Delaney is an experienced litigator and partner at Lindsay Kenney. His practice involves commercial litigation, employment litigation, business disputes and personal injury litigation. He has a wealth of experience as a trial and appellate lawyer, including appearances at the Supreme Court of Canada. Once again, Tim has been recognized in the area of Personal Injury Litigation.
Nicole Garton is a senior counsel in our Family Law and Estate Planning and Litigation groups. Nicole has advised on all aspects of estate planning and administration, including the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements and trusts, as well as applications for probate and letters of administration. Nicole has also focused on the restructuring of families resulting from separation and divorce and wills and estate challenges. Nicole is skilled in the use of various collaborative interventions, including mediation and collaborative family law. She is an accredited Family Law Mediator. Nicole has been recognized, once again, in both the areas of Family Law and Trusts and Estates.
Joel Hagyard is a partner and the practice group leader of our Real Estate group. He represents buyers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate, and advises developers on all aspects of real estate development. He acts for landlords and tenants regarding commercial tenancies. He has been recognized once again, in the area of Real Estate law.
Christopher Martin is the Managing Partner at Lindsay Kenney and practice group leader for our Employment and Labour group. Chris has broad litigation experience in a variety of corporate commercial matters, including resolving contractual, corporate governance, shareholder and partnership disputes. He has appeared as counsel in all levels of court in British Columbia as well as the Federal Court of Canada. As an experienced employment lawyer, Chris represents employers and employees in wrongful dismissal and discrimination matters. In his practice, he successfully acts for clients who have been injured in motor vehicle accidents, and who have sought compensation from ICBC. Chris has been recognized for a second year in the area of Personal Injury Litigation.
Stewart Muglich is Associate Counsel in our Business Law group. Since 2016, Stewart has been recognized by Best Lawyers® in Canada for his work in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions law, and securities law. This year Stewart was also recognized for Corporate Governance Practice. Stewart has been advising clients in corporate finance and securities matters, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations and going private transactions for over three decades. Stewart is a trusted advisor for his clients. He strives to become knowledgeable about each of his clients’ specific businesses so he can offer prudent, business-oriented legal advice.
Angela Thiele is a senior partner with Lindsay Kenney. Her practice involves complex divorce cases and the associated legal matters around family breakdown. Angela is committed to working with her clients to achieve the best possible outcomes for their family law disputes.
