Trevor is a Partner at Lindsay Kenney LLP and an experienced litigator and mediator who advises individuals and commercial clients on family, estate, and business disputes. A skilled barrister, he has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia and the Federal Court of Canada. Trevor combines strategic insight with practical judgment, helping clients resolve complex legal matters efficiently and with confidence.
In his family law practice, Trevor assists clients with divorce, separation, parenting arrangements, and support matters, prioritizing solutions that protect relationships and promote long-term stability. His estate practice includes planning and administration, inheritance disputes, and contested wills. Trevor also represents clients in commercial and shareholder litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death claims, as well as private and institutional lenders in foreclosure and collection proceedings involving residential, development, and commercial properties.
As a qualified mediator and arbitrator, Trevor frequently employs alternative dispute resolution to achieve efficient, cost-effective outcomes. He encourages early engagement and strategic planning to manage costs and timelines, while remaining prepared to litigate decisively when required to protect his clients’ interests.
Trevor works with clients across British Columbia and offers both in-person and virtual appointments from the firm’s Langley and Vancouver offices.
