As Practice Leader of Lindsay Kenney LLP’s Estate Planning and Litigation Group, Timothy combines extensive legal experience with a steady, solutions-driven approach. A Partner in the firm’s Langley office, he focuses his solicitor’s practice on estates and trusts, business law, and real estate. Since joining the firm in 2011, Timothy has built long-standing relationships with clients who value his practical insight, strategic thinking, and commitment to clear, effective advice.

Timothy advises clients on business purchases, sales, and financing, and is active in commercial and residential real estate transactions. He frequently represents commercial landlords and tenants, drawing on his background in commercial litigation, lien, and foreclosure matters to guide clients through lease negotiations and disputes. He also assists with partnership and corporate governance matters and advises both borrowers and lenders in secured lending transactions.

Called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1998, Timothy articled with and practised for twelve years at the former Fort Langley firm Cherrington Easingwood Kearl LLP before joining Lindsay Kenney. Law is a second career for Timothy, and he considers it a privilege to serve his clients with integrity, diligence, and care.
