Scott focuses his practice on estate litigation, will disputes, and inheritance claims, helping clients resolve complex matters with clarity and practical strategy. Based in Lindsay Kenney LLP’s Langley office, he represents both plaintiffs and defendants and is known for his direct, results-oriented approach to dispute resolution.

Before joining Lindsay Kenney, Scott was a partner at a prominent New Westminster law firm, where he practised alongside his father as a second-generation lawyer. He has extensive civil litigation experience and has appeared before the Provincial Court, the Supreme Court, and the Court of Appeal. Scott frequently assists individuals who have been excluded from wills, helping them pursue equitable resolutions and rightful entitlements.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Simon Fraser University, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy.
