Poonam practises in Lindsay Kenney LLP’s Estate Planning and Litigation and General Litigation Groups, based in the firm’s Langley office. She provides diligent, personalized legal representation to clients, focusing on clear communication and practical strategies tailored to each matter. Poonam has represented clients before both the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Provincial Court of British Columbia.
She is deeply committed to a client-centered approach, ensuring that every client feels informed, supported, and confident throughout the legal process. Her work reflects a balance of empathy and precision, grounded in a strong sense of professional responsibility.
During law school, Poonam volunteered with the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program, a non-profit society providing pro bono legal advice and representation. She continues to give back to the community through her volunteer work with the Community Legal Assistance Society’s Stand Informed and SHARP Workplaces programs, which provide legal advice to individuals who have experienced sexual harassment, including in the workplace.
