Navrita is a lawyer based in Langley, British Columbia who provides strategic, personalized legal advice to help clients navigate complex business, real estate, and estate planning matters. As a member of LK Law’s Real Estate, Business, and Estate Planning Groups, she supports individuals, families, and organizations through important legal and financial decisions with care and clarity.
Focusing primarily on estate planning and administration, Navrita advises clients on succession planning, wills, trusts, and incapacity documents, including powers of attorney, representation agreements, and advance directives. She also assists executors and beneficiaries throughout the estate administration process, providing guidance on probate and estate accounting.
Beyond her estate work, Navrita advises clients on corporate and real estate matters, including the purchase and sale of businesses, incorporations, commercial leasing, co-ownership agreements, and both residential and commercial property transactions. She also provides governance advice to societies and companies.
Navrita earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria while also working at Battered Women’s Support Services, assisting women experiencing domestic violence with a variety of legal issues, and at a financial institution with in-house counsel in regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering.
Before joining LK Law, Navrita articled and worked as an associate at a full-service firm on the North Shore.
