Katrina is a Senior Associate at Lindsay Kenney LLP, practising in the firm’s Vancouver and West Vancouver offices. Her work focuses on estate planning and administration, where she helps clients develop wills, trusts, and incapacity plans, including powers of attorney and representation agreements. She also advises executors and administrators through probate and administration processes and assists families navigating committee applications for differently abled family members.

Known for her practical, client-focused approach, Katrina is committed to making estate planning accessible and straightforward. She regularly contributes to educational seminars and articles on estate planning, helping clients and professionals alike make informed decisions about their futures.

Before joining Lindsay Kenney, Katrina practised in corporate and commercial law, real estate, estate planning, and insurance defence before narrowing her focus at a boutique wills and estates firm. 

During law school, she was actively involved in pro bono initiatives with the UBC Law Students’ Legal Advice Program and Nova Scotia’s Provincial Autism Centre. She also served on the executive committee of YES! Vancouver, supporting Dress for Success Vancouver, and currently supports BC Women’s Hospital & Health Centre as a member of the BC Women’s Health Foundation’s Legacy Advisory Circle.

Beyond the Office

An avid traveller, Katrina enjoys experiencing diverse cultures around the world. This led her to study commerce in Milan, Italy, at the Università Bocconi and law in Lund, Sweden, at Lund University. Katrina also enjoys reading fiction and attending the opera.
