Chris is the managing partner of Lindsay Kenney LLP, leading the executive group and overseeing firm development while conducting his own litigation practice. He advises clients on contractual, corporate governance, shareholder, and partnership disputes.  Chris has represented clients at all levels of court in British Columbia, as well as the Federal Court of Canada.

In addition to his corporate litigation practice, Chris is an experienced employment lawyer, representing both employers and employees in wrongful dismissal and discrimination matters. He also acts for clients pursuing compensation for injuries sustained in accidents and through the negligence of others.

Chris brings a strategic, client-focused approach to litigation, helping clients navigate complex disputes with clarity and confidence. He is a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of BC and has previously served on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Langley.

Chris and his wife Cathy reside in South Surrey, spending the majority of their time driving their daughters to softball diamonds in the Lower Mainland.
