As a Partner in Lindsay Kenney LLP’s General Litigation Group, Braeden focuses his practice on commercial litigation and dispute resolution. He also advises clients in labour and employment, regulatory, and immigration matters. Known for his pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, Braeden helps clients resolve disputes efficiently through negotiation and mediation while maintaining strong advocacy skills for when litigation is necessary.

Before joining Lindsay Kenney, Braeden summered, articled, and practised at a leading regional law firm in Vancouver. Clients value his strategic guidance, collaborative style, and commitment to achieving results that align with their business and operational goals.

Braeden earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of the Fraser Valley and his Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario. During law school, he volunteered with the University of Western Ontario Community Legal Aid Clinic and the Sport Solution Clinic and worked under Professor Richard McLaren on the landmark McLaren Report exposing organized Russian sport doping.
