Christine Eilers

Christine is a lawyer in our Estate Planning practice group. She is based in Vancouver and West Vancouver. Her practice focuses primarily on helping clients navigate all aspects of estate planning and probate, including the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and representation agreements as well as all court documents relating to applications for probate or administration. She enjoys working closely with clients to craft tailored estate plans that reflect their values, unique family circumstances, and long-term goals.

Christine completed her articles with LK Law in 2011 and continued on as an associate at that time, working primarily in the area of family law while also gaining experience in estate planning, corporate, and real estate matters.

In 2015, Christine took a step away from law to pursue a range of professional and personal opportunities. She became a licensed realtor, working with her family’s real estate team on the North Shore, taught in the Legal Studies program at Capilano University, and co-founded and operated a busy electrical contracting company alongside her husband. During this time, she also embraced her most rewarding role yet — raising her two young children in North Vancouver.

Once her children both entered school, Christine returned to the practice of law, joining a boutique firm focused on estate planning and administration before deciding to return to her roots at LK Law. Christine loves working in the area of estate planning, finding that her varied background in family law, business, and real estate contributes to her understanding of her clients’ diverse needs and circumstances.
