Nicole is a legal consultant in Lindsay Kenney LLP’s Family and Estate Planning and Litigation Groups. She has extensive experience in all areas of estate planning, estate administration, and family law. Nicole advises lawyers and clients on wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements, trusts, probate applications, and letters of administration. She also provides guidance in matters involving family restructuring due to separation or divorce, as well as estate and inheritance challenges.
Recognised by Best Lawyers in Canada for both Trusts and Estates and Family Law, Nicole brings a depth of knowledge that strengthens the firm’s estate and family law practices. She is the Past Chair of the Canadian Bar Association Wills and Trusts Subsection (Vancouver), where she contributed to professional development and advocacy within the legal community.
