Geordie is an associate in Lindsay Kenney LLP’s Vancouver office, practising in corporate and commercial law. His work focuses on commercial transactions, corporate finance, private mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and corporate governance. He advises clients across industries on structuring, financing, and executing complex business transactions.
Before joining Lindsay Kenney, Geordie articled and practised as an associate with a national law firm and gained regulatory experience as a summer student with the Ontario Securities Commission. During law school, he volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, the Osgoode Advocacy Society, the Osgoode Hall Athletic Association, and the Osgoode Entertainment and Sports Law Association.
