Danica is Associate Counsel in Lindsay Kenney LLP’s Family Law Group, based in the firm’s Vancouver office. She brings extensive experience across family law, child protection, children’s law, and criminal law, providing steady and informed guidance to clients navigating complex family matters.
Practising family law since 2018, Danica represents clients in high-conflict cases throughout British Columbia. She works to achieve resolution through negotiation whenever possible and advocates for her clients in both the Provincial Court and the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
In addition to her family law practice, Danica serves as both parents’ counsel and counsel for the Director in child protection matters. She also has experience in criminal law, having acted as an agent prosecutor for the Public Prosecution Service of Canada.
As a children’s lawyer, she provides direct representation to children and youth across British Columbia, ensuring their voices are heard and their interests are protected.
