As a lawyer in LK Law’s Business and Real Estate Groups, Albert advises clients on a broad range of residential and commercial real estate matters. Working from the firm’s Vancouver office, he assists with conveyancing, commercial leasing, land assemblies, and real estate development projects.
Alongside his real estate practice, Albert supports public and private companies with corporate and commercial law matters. His experience includes the purchase and sale of business assets, corporate restructuring, commercial financing transactions, and the preparation and negotiation of contracts.
Albert earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, and has become well- known for his practical approach and clear communication style, providing clients with efficient, results-focused legal advice tailored to their specific goals.
