As a Partner at Lindsay Kenney LLP, Paul advises businesses and entrepreneurs on complex corporate, commercial, and real estate matters. Based in the firm’s Langley office, he provides strategic legal and transactional advice that helps clients structure, grow, and protect their enterprises. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and secured lending, supported by more than two decades of experience in business law.

He acts for purchasers and vendors in share and asset transactions and advises on incorporations, partnerships, and corporate reorganizations. Paul frequently drafts and negotiates commercial contracts and implements business succession and tax planning strategies, including estate freezes. 

In his real estate practice, he represents clients in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties and related financing matters. His experience includes commercial leasing, advising on strata and municipal bylaw issues, and assisting with subdivision and development projects.

Paul also acts for private and institutional lenders and borrowers on secured lending transactions, preparing and registering a range of security instruments.

 He is known for his practical, solutions-oriented approach and for providing clear, strategic advice that supports both immediate objectives and long-term business goals.

Beyond the Office

An avid sports enthusiast, Paul enjoys spending his time outside the office playing hockey, golfing, hiking, and camping. Sharing his love of hockey with his son, he is their minor league team’s assistant coach, relishing in sharing the tradition of early morning practices.
